To all of our customers and future partners,
By the end of this exceptional year, I would like to express my gratitude for all the hard work of our customers and their teams.
Worldwide, we have Covid-19 and trade conflicts this year; internally we have problems related to raw material, exchange rate, and so on. Despite all these difficulties, we managed to maintain our business relationship fairly successful.
Although there was no easy start for any relationship, especially when it comes to business, we learn from the mistakes and move on. The quality problem was recovered and stamped to the heart of our workers so much that their sense of quality is highly improved. The problem fixing experience turned out to be our strong competitive which facilitate us to have more confidence in dealing with other similar issues in the future.
Still, it’s a great pity that some of the business relationships ended much sooner than expected, for one reason and another, and we are going to learn from the experience and will perform better in the days to come.
Moving forward, we want to do more business with more customers around the world, for some customers, this has been years of relationship and we do enjoy working together with them, we also welcome new customers to have their trust on us, we are going to provide all the necessary support like always. Many good things going on, and I hope you can be our witness.
As our motto goes, it’s a long way, but we never stop trying.
