Who are we?

We are a middle-sized bone china factory. Bone china products main divided into two categories, whiteware and decorated ware. Whiteware is pure milk white without any decoration. We focus on the decal applying of bone china products.

You may not familiar with the word decal. Decal means the designs that applying to the bone china whitewares, after firing, the designs will stay on the products and not fade.

Being a decal applying factory, we have been doing business with clients over the world, directly and indirectly, including the USA, Australian, Vietnam, Pakistan, North Korea etc.

While most of the local factories are busy expanding, from the occupying space to the business scope – they are busy stepping into the field they are not familiar with. Those who were specialized in decal applying started to make bone china whiteware, while the whiteware factories expanded to decal making, decal applying. Cooperating only with the big local whiteware factories, who have the very high standard for the quality control of the products, also, working with them makes us more flexible and gives us more options of shapes! We can open mould for shapes which are never produced here before with the actual sample provided.

b.The raw material for the decals

Pigment

High safety standard for the pigment of the decals and high-quality gold liquid.

Bone china is well-known for many features. (check “What is bone china” here), one of them is very low lead and cadmium content, which is very important for daily use. To achieve this goal, we use environmental friendly pigment for our decal paper, all our products can pass the test of FDA(Food and Drug Administration) test, SGS standard.

Gold liquid

The gold line gives the products a very luxurious looking, which makes it stand out from other products. The gold line we use are imported from German and it will not fade when using, meanwhile, the glossy of the gold line is very shiny. (A little reminder, bone china products with gold line decorated are not suitable for microwave condition.)

(3)Technology

In-glaze technology.

As we know, the technology of decal applying can be classified into under-glaze, in-glaze, on-glaze, (check here to see the difference among them), almost all bone china products are using the technology of on-glaze, while there are some companies seeking to find a safer way of decal, which is in-glaze technology, this is something we are capable of.
